Volunteering in any capacity to benefit your neighbourhood is rewarding. The NOCA board encourages the participation of members and friends of the Old City neighbourhood in its projects and activities. There are many ways, big or small, to lend a hand with NOCA. Additionally, from time to time the Board solicits the membership for interest in contributing their experience or knowledge in a “working group” for a (usually) short term and specific NOCA project.
Some examples where help is always needed are:
- organizing NOCA events
- assisting with NOCA projects
- delivering flyers for NOCA events
